SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order processing (sorting & packaging) takes a minimum of 1 – 2 business days. 
  • Once processed in 2 business days, your order will be shipped to you.
  • Orders are shipped using our delivery courier service or GIG and DHL for interstate and international deliveries respectively. In case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.

 *Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Processing time is an “additional” time frame separate from your delivery time frame.

LAGOS DELIVERY

  • Item would be picked up next (working) day, if payment is made (No same day)
  • Delivery time is between 12pm to 10pm.
  • If item is not delivered on the day of pick up, it’d be delivered the next day.
  • An address where you can receive between the hours is preferable.
    Where an item can be dropped or picked up if you’re not available.
  • We won’t provide riders number to any customer, as we allow the riders to do their work diligently and the best way they can.

INTERSTATE DELIVERY

  • Item would be picked up next after processing (minimum of 1-2 days)
  • Delivery time is between 3-5 working days after dispatch if we are making use of gig /normal delivery
  • We only have option of park for ogun state and Ibadan (Payment of 1000 is packed for the rider taking to park then you you pay the driver upon arrival)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Item is picked up next working days (minimum 1-2 days)
  • Delivery time is 7-14 days
  • 0-2kg is 25,000 if package weighs more than 2k customer would be contacted for a balance on shipping fee

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
