Where is your physical store located?

We currently run an online store but we are based in Lagos and we deliver to all states in Nigeria and overseas.

Can I come pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Visit our physical store at 55, College Road, Ogba Ikeja, Lagos.

Return & replacement of damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, do let us know within 3 days. A replacement will be shipped to you. T&C Applies.

Also, sending photos of damaged items/package to the support team helps us prevent future shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

When you placed your order, a receipt was sent to your email.

A mail was also sent to your email to set your password as your account was automatically created when you made your purchase.
This will give you access to your Order history in the "My Account" section. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we restock as soon as products are bring sold out.
